Mr Joseph Tan has established himself as a veteran in residential project marketing in Singapore, having built up one of the most successful residential project marketing teams in Singapore.
Mr Tan joined CBRE, Singapore in 1991, bringing with him two decades of experience in the residential market. Under his stewardship, the department which he was Instrumental in setting up has grown to be one of the top three core businesses for the Singapore office. Over the years, Mr Tan has led the 20-strong team in handling a record of over 38,000 residential units in more then 140 projects – a clear demonstration of the trust and high regard he has earned from developer clients over the years.
Mr Tan has worked with many of the major players, providing strategic advice on all aspects of project marketing, from positioning to design, finishing, facilities and recommending creative marketing strategies to help developers achieve the best launch results.
In addition, Mr Tan’s other key responsibity is in managing a 600-strong Residential Agency. Under his leadership, the Residential Agency has supported numerous major project launches locally and overseas, from mass to mid and luxury.
For his outstanding contribution to the business, Joesph was awarded the Asia Circle Excellence for Residential twice, in 2003 – the inaugural year of the Awards and again in 2007.
