Over the past two decades, the Asset Services team has been responsible for the efficient management of over 7 million square feet of commercial and mixed development space value at over S$9 billion.
Mr Tay has been involved in several major takeover of property investments for the REIT managers like Ergo, SARA Asset Management, and ING Corporation.
