Marianne Ang is Executive Director of Asset Services at CB Richard Ellis Singapore. She leads a team of top asset managers to manage the property portfolios of several leading multinationals in the region. Marianne has also been instrumental in helping corporate clients maximize the full potential of their properties with the most effective asset management system.

Ms Ang joined CB Richard Ellis in 1994 and has contributed immensely to the success of CB Richard Ellis’ asset services team. She is part of a team that has established itself as the top commercial property manager in Singapore.

With 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, Marianne has a myriad of real estate practice in providing strategic advice; such as critical recovery plans, management team formation, the transition of facilities management accounts and computation of maintenance fund contributions and weight factors for mixed developments.

Ms Ang is a member of the Singapore Institute of Management and the International Facilities Management Association. She is also the Green Office Champion, the leader in the company’s task force that initiates environmentally-friendly practices.
