We worked with our clients to design and develop a computerised web-based asset management tool, Asset Information Management System or AIMS. The system is easy to use and will provide our clients with detailed analysis of financial, maintenance, lease and property information to help them make informed decisions.
Our Asset Services team manages the most prime commercial buildings in Singapore. Key commercial and mixed developments currently under our care total over seven million sq. ft.
Quality driven, we are the first international property consultants to be awarded the ISO 9001 certification for property management and maintenance services. The award was conferred by Spring Singapore and the British Standards Institution.
Our services include:
- Property Management - CBRE provides strategic advice to start up the property management system, by using a fully integrated computerised management services system for routine, maintenance work and strategic planning. This includes financial analysis, operational analysis and market positioning of the property. In addition we also prepare due diligence reports for taking over of property investments by REIT managers. Such reports ensure an independent assessment and analysis of properties.
- Facilities Management is the focused, financially driven management of a client’s non-core business support and required facility related activities.
