As a one stop shop service provider in residential services, CBRE’s Residential Services team provides destination services to multinational corporations relocating employees to and within the Asia region.
It is a one-stop service provider, staffed by experienced lease administration professionals who manage residential portfolios for clients’ expatriate staff, and full time negotiators who are highly skilled in handling expatriate housing requirements.
Our success rests on our ability to tap on a wide network of offices to provide our expatriate customers with a wide variety of options locally and regionally.

LEASE PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
- New leases/home search & basic orientation (please see below)
- Renewals
- Expiration
- (Early) termination
- Short-term accommodation
- Maintenance assistance
- Financial management/Trust account
- Co-ordination with other service providers e.g. furniture leasing company
HOME SEARCH
- Preparing a list of available properties according to client’s requirements and allocated budget
- Property viewing
- Basic orientation to new employees
- Short-listing of properties
- Negotiating the lease terms, including the preparation of Letter of Intent and Tenancy Agreement
- Providing rent comparables, verifying ownership of the property
- Assisting in utilities application
- Preparing the property for handover
- Handing over of property, checking the inventory and recording property condition
- Following up after handover and during the term of the lease
- Negotiating for lease renewal/preparing to hand back the property
