CB Richard Ellis Named Top Global Real Estate Brand

For the 7th year running, The Lipsey Company has named CB Richard Ellis the Top Global Real Estate Brand based on a survey of 20,000 real estate investors, property owners, tenants and industry professionals in the US.

CB Richard Ellis has recently been inducted into the Fortune 500 ranking of largest US corporations for 2008, rising more than 100 spots to rank # 404 overall.

Business Week Magazine included CB Richard Ellis in its "Best in Class 50" list of superior companies by industry segment for the 2nd year in a row.  Ranked 11th overall, CB Richard Elllis is the only commercial real estate company included in the list.

Fortune Magazine has included CB Richard Ellis in its list of "100 Fastest Growing Companies" in reflection of its strong growth across geographic regions and service lines.
