property market research in Korea,
and maintains databases in each property market sector which permit us to monitor changes in the performance of the Korea property market.
Besides publishing property market update reports on a regular basis with respect to different property market sectors, we also conduct ongoing internal research programmes such as ad-hoc topical research reports, detailed market studies and presentations.

Richard Ellis Korea publishes a monthly market view that summarizes the current
trend in Grade A rental, vacancy, and capital values. Our research approach has
always been a bottom-up approach where we perform a regular building
walk-through and survey to monitor the actual rental, vacancy, and capital
values of Grade A buildings.
