Ms Pauline Goh was appointed
Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis Singapore on the 1st of July
2005. In her 24 years with the Company, Pauline has been responsible for
the successful leasing and marketing of many prominent commercial buildings and
the sales of numerous premier residential projects in Singapore . Pauline
is responsible for managing all Commercial Leasing portfolios, including Office
Services, Industrial Services, Retail Services, as well as Residential
Services.
Upon taking over as Managing Director, she also began to work
on major investment transactions and with her strong relationships with building
owners and wide network of contacts with local and foreign institutional
investors, managed to secure the largest independent private property
transaction to-date, the sale of Temasek Tower by Asia's largest property
developer CapitaLand to Macquarie Global Property Advisors (MGPA) for S$1.039
billion. Other major deals she was involved with include the sale of
CapitaLand's stake at Samsung Hub to Ho Bee Group and the Chinese Chamber
Realty, and the sale of floors at 80 Robinson Road from Asia Insurance Group to
Hong Leong Group.
Pauline joined as the Industrial Services team in 1983 where she marketed many major industrial property projects including the biggest industrial park at the time, Henderson Industrial Park (over an 800,000 sq. ft. site).
In 1985 she moved on to Office Services where she worked on some of the most prestigious office projects and built up a team of top professional negotiators. The Office Services team consistently achieved the highest turnover of successful leasing deals for more than a decade. The team is now recognised as one of the best office leasing teams in Asia, with sole agency projects on some of the most high profile premier schemes including top commercial projects such as One Raffles Quay, One Raffles Link, One Marina Boulevard, Hitachi Tower/Caltex House, Millenia Tower and Centennial Tower.
Pauline’s involvement in both the industrial and office leasing departments has led her to work with many leading multi-national companies including Citibank, Deutsche Bank and Hewlett Packard.
In 1993, she took over the management of the CB Richard Ellis’ Residential Department whose activities include project sales, sales and purchase of individual units and expatriate accommodation. She has since been responsible for clinching many sole agency instructions for some of the island’s more prestigious and prominent developments including Ardmore Park, The Sail @ Marina Bay and The Berth by the Cove. Since her took over, the department has launched more than 24,000 housing units in 74 projects islandwide since 1993, a record that has been unrivalled.
For her dedication and excellent leadership, Pauline was awarded the Special Achievement Award at the Asia Circle of Excellence 2007, an annual programme that recognizes CB Richard Ellis’ top professionals across Asia.
