Mr Jeremy Lake is the Executive Director of the Investment Properties department at CB Richard Ellis Singapore. He is responsible for managing the Investment Sales Team. Mr Lake has 21 years experience in the real estate industry in London and Singapore. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Singapore in 1991, Mr Lake spent 5 years with Richard Ellis in London where he gained experience in the office leasing and investment sales departments in the West End.
Over the past 16 years in the Singapore office, Mr Lake has been responsible for the sale of commercial, retail and residential investment properties, development sites and MNC-owned houses in Singapore. The team had sold more than S$5 billion of real estate since 2007.
Mr Lake is a member of the Asia Pacific Investment Properties Group which comprises key investment professionals from all CB Richard Ellis offices in Asia Pacific.
His outstanding performance had won him the Special
Achievement Award in Investment Properties in the prestigious Asia Circle of Excellence 2007. The annual programme recognizes CB Richard Ellis’ top professionals across Asia. For earning the highest fees, Mr Lake was named "Professional of the Year" in 2006.
