As the Executive Director, Ms Lim Lay See jointly heads the office leasing department in Singapore, assisting the advising occupiers and owners of office space. Ms Lim has 19 years of work experience in the
Singapore commercial real estate market, all of which has been spent with CB Richard Ellis. She has
established herself as one of the leading office agents in the local market.
Leveraging on her well-established network of clients, Ms Lim has been
instrumental in handling the sale of major investment properties. These
include the landmark sale of Singapore's largest private property sale between
Asia's largest property developer CapitaLand and Macquarie Global Property
Advisors (MGPA) for a record S$1.038 billion. She also successfully
handled the sale of several floors at Samsung Hub, several floors at Springleaf
Tower, the sale of 135 Cecil Street and 80 Robinson Road.
Ms Lim has been responsible for the successful marketing of many of the major office buildings in Singapore. These projects include the Hitachi Tower, Caltex House, UE Square, BP Tower, 79 Anson Road, Singapore Post Centre, PWC Building, The Atrium@Orchard and One Marina Boulevard. She has had direct involvement in overseeing the leasing of 5 million square feet of office space on behalf of owners and occupiers.
She jointly heads up a team of 11 professional negotiators who are the leading team of office agents being responsible for 75 per cent of all lease transactions in Singapore since 1990.
