Mr Li Hiaw Ho is an
Executive Director of CB Richard Ellis Singapore. He is responsible for managing both the Valuation and Advisory Services and the Asset Services Divisions – which numbers over 30 real estate professionals in the office and over 300 on site. He oversees all the projects for both divisions. This includes new business development and client relations. In his 23 years with the company, Mr Li has established a reputation of being one of the most highly regarded valuer and property manager in the industry.
In his 23 years at CB Richard Ellis, Mr Li has successfully led the Valuation and Advisory Services team to value the real estate portfolios of major property developers in Singapore. The team also value the international real estate portfolios of leading organizations including the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), and Pramerica Real Estate Investors (Asia) Pte Ltd, the Asian real estate fund management arm of Prudential Insurance Co. of America.
Mr Li also manages the top Asset Services team in Singapore that lists Ngee Ann City, Wheelock Place and the Singapore Post Centre in its portfolio.
The Valuation and Advisory Services team has become one of the leading teams in Singapore, conducting annual real estate valuation in excess of S$30 billion. The Asset Services team handles more than 8.5 million square feet of commercial property space valued more than S$10 billion. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr Li spent 3 years initially as a trainee valuer in the New Zealand Government Valuation Department in Auckland, before working for 8 years at the Singapore Property Tax Division. He was responsible for the valuation of a spectrum of
real estate for property tax
purposes there. |
