, Ms Sim Hwee Yan and the team of professionals assist multinational companies with their valuation needs. She has led the team to become one of the top valuers in Singapore. Besides local projects, the team also handles projects across the Asia Pacific region.

In the 20 years at CB Richard Ellis, Ms Sim has successfully led the team of 5 professionals to value the real estate portfolios of major property developers in Singapore as well as the international real estate portfolios of leading organizations like the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) and Pramerica Real Estate Investors (Asia) Pte Ltd.  She is also involved in the REITS valuation for CapitaMall Trust (the first REITS to be established in Singapore), Suntec REIT, A-REIT and most recently the Link REIT in Hong Kong.

The valuation projects that the team have undertaken include various residential, commercial, industrial, retail and hotel / entertainment properties.
