Sim Hwee Yan has over 20 years experience in CB Richard Ellis’ Singapore Valuation & Advisory Services business.  Ms Sim is a key player in valuing prime real estate and in assisting sponsors and institutional funds with their valuation needs.

Hwee Yan has distinguished herself as an excellent valuer with extensive experience in valuing all sectors of real estate, including residential, commercial, industrial, retail and hotel/entertainment.

In her 23 years at CB Richard Ellis, Hwee Yan has successfully led her team of professionals to value the real estate portfolios of major property developers in Singapore as well as the international real estate portfolios of leading organizations, such as the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), Prudential Property Investment/Asia Property Fund and Pramerica Real Estate Investors (Asia) Pte Ltd (Pramerica).  She is also involved in the REIT valuation portfolio (initial IPO and annual financial reporting) for CapitaMall Trust (the first REIT to be established in Singapore), CapitaCommercial Trust, Suntec REIT, A-REIT, H-REIT, RCS Trust, the CapitaRetail China Trust, MacarthurCook Industrial REIT, The Link REIT in Hong Kong, and Galileo Japan Trust.  She has undertaken the role of co-ordinator for portfolio valuations in the Asia Pacific region for GIC, Pramerica and the Asia Property Fund.
