Mr Tay It Tuan is the Executive Director of CB Richard Ellis’ Asset Services team. He is responsible for team’s strategic
policies in Singapore and is also widely recognized as one of the industry’s leading authority on strata title matters.
Over the past two
decades, the Asset Services team has been responsible for the efficient
management of over 7 million square feet of commercial and mixed
development space value at over S$9 billion.
Mr Tay was
involved in several major takeover of property investments for the REIT managers
like Ergo, ARA Asset Management, and ING
Corporation. |
