CBRE has expanded its international project marketing services with the recent appointments of James Hall, Regional Director based in Hong Kong, and Stephen Ho, Director in Singapore. Both professionals were formerly with Colliers.
These senior appointments significantly enhance the Company’s service and offer clients in Asia, Australia and the United Kingdom – improved support for marketing residential properties in Asia. Led by Darien Bradshaw, Executive Director, Asia, who is also based in Singapore, CBRE’s International Project Marketing team expertly market residential properties for sale to high-net-worth individuals. In the first half of the year, they will launch projects from Australia and London in Asia, in addition to overseeing major projects in Japan and China.
James Hall joins CBRE as Regional Director of International Project Marketing in Asia and has more than 18 years of industry experience, including several at major competitors. He was most recently at Colliers as Director of International Properties, where he successfully launched several major Australian residential projects. Before that, James was National Residential Director for Knight Frank Australia and was consistently recognised as a top fee earner. He was a consultant for Christies Great Estates exclusive affiliate Ken Jacobs and Board Director at the Royal Motor Yacht Club Point Piper, both in Australia. James will be based in Hong Kong, CBRE’s Asia Pacific headquarters.
Stephen Ho joins CBRE as Director and has more than two decades of property marketing experience. He previously led the International Sales Division for Colliers in Singapore. In 2010 and 2011, Stephen was responsible for more than 70 property launches in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur with a primary focus on London and Australian projects. Stephen brings a wealth of experience in providing tenders, due diligence, marketing plans and feasibility studies to clients, backed by years of experience across Asia. He will be based in Singapore, CBRE’s South East Asia hub.
