Abhishek Bajpai is Managing Director and Head of Client Engagement for Asia Pacific Leasing at CBRE, based in Singapore. A 23 year industry veteran, Abhishek has a proven track record in building, scaling, and winning enterprise occupier accounts and multi market client relationships across Asia Pacific and globally.
Abhishek began his career with CBRE India as an office broker before relocating to Singapore, completing his MBA, and rejoining CBRE in the Global Corporate Services accounts business. During this period, he managed major regional mandates including AT&T and ExxonMobil, developing deep expertise in portfolio strategy, client advisory and multi country account management.
He subsequently spent nearly 18 years with Colliers, where he led the firm’s Occupier Services platform across Asia Pacific. In 2015, Abhishek assumed full P&L responsibility for the Accounts business and successfully transformed it into one of Colliers’ fastest growing and most profitable divisions. He led a team of approximately 70 professionals across Account Management, Transaction Management, Workplace Advisory, Occupier Consulting, Enterprise Markets, Technology Solutions and Lease Administration, delivering significant revenue and EBITDA growth while strengthening service diversification across the region.
Most recently, Abhishek served as Managing Director and APAC Head of Leasing and Occupier Solutions at EQT Real Estate, where he led leasing strategy and execution across the firm’s Asia Pacific real estate portfolio. As a member of the APAC Investment Team, he contributed to deal origination, underwriting and investment execution, with a particular focus on logistics assets across Australia, Japan, Korea and China.
Over the course of his career, Abhishek has led more than 500 projects and secured numerous high profile competitive mandates with leading multinational occupiers across industries including technology, consumer goods, life sciences and financial services. A trusted advisor to global occupiers, he is recognised for his deep expertise in occupier solutions, portfolio optimisation and long term client engagement.
