Guy Gilgen

Guy Gilgen is the Regional Director for Project Management in South East Asia. Based in Singapore, he has responsibility for managing the corporate office team along with developing sector strategy, driving business development and building & maintaining Client relationships.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Guy has over 12 years of experience across Singapore and South-East Asia. Having undertaken large scale projects such as corporate office, hospitality, retail, F&B and industrial, Guy has a varied range of project understanding spanning multiple sectors.

Guy is well versed in the full life cycle requirements of a project being delivered from site acquisition, local authority liaison, stakeholder engagement, design approvals, procurement, delivery, Testing and Commissioning and Day 2 operation. As a trained Architect, Guy has the ability to liaise fluidly between Client, consultants and all relevant contracts & vendors in order to provide a smooth and successful project outcome.
