Lee Fen Loh is the Executive Director of CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics team. With over 17 years of real estate experience, she specialises in industrial and logistics investment sales and landlord representation. In this capacity, she has transacted on over S$3 billion in assets.

Prior to joining CBRE, Lee Fen was a Senior Manager at Colliers International, where she was actively involved in both investment sales and leasing transactions of logistics facilities throughout the region. Some of the logistics clients whom she represented include CEVA Logistics, DHL, Menlo Worldwide and UPS.
