Masahiro Shibata

Mr. Shibata joined CBRE in April, 1989, upon graduation from Chuo University. He is currently responsible for the facilities management and project management of multinational corporations’ real estate portfolios.

Mr. Shibata currently exclusively represents AT&T and AT&T Global Network Services, Bristol-Myers Squibb K.K., Lucent Technologies and Avaya Japan in Japan as the single point of contact.

Upon joining CBRE, Mr. Shibata’s initial responsibilities included research and feasibility studies of various real estate markets and assessments of projects for multinational corporations. His studies also included co-ordinating and developing relationships with financial institutions. In April, 1995, Mr. Shibata was transferred to Ikoma America, Inc., a subsidiary of Ikoma/CB Richard Ellis located in New York City, as Vice President. While in this position, he had numerous tenant representation assignments for major Japanese companies.
