Pauline Goh currently holds the esteemed position of Chair of Southeast Asia at CBRE, a role she assumed in February 2019. Her journey to this leadership role includes serving as Managing Director of Singapore in 2005 and CEO of Singapore and Southeast Asia in 2010. In her current capacity, Pauline is dedicated to nurturing and expanding strategic client accounts across the region.

Pauline's tenure as CEO of Singapore was marked by significant growth, with the country becoming the growth engine of CBRE in Southeast Asia. Under her strategic vision, CBRE achieved a remarkable compounded annual growth rate of 35% from 2014-2018. Her leadership was instrumental in overseeing CBRE’s expansion in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Cambodia.

Over the years, Pauline has led the team to steadily build the CBRE brand into Southeast Asia's leading real estate services firm. This steady growth under her guidance reassures us of the company's stability and potential for future success. Singapore's Advisory and Transactions Office Leasing team has become one of the strongest in Asia, achieving the highest turnover of leasing deals in the past few decades and representing leading property developers in iconic Grade A office buildings.

Under her stewardship, the Capital Markets team has earned a solid reputation, having inked many record-breaking deals that significantly impacted the real estate market.
