Based in Singapore, he is responsible for facilitating cross-border real estate investments into the Pacific region. He also provides strategic advisory services, including capital raising and capital partnering services, for corporate and institutional investors in the Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.
Stuart has closed over AUD15 billion of direct real estate transactions across major asset classes and has been involved in bringing numerous new large sources of offshore capital entering the Australian market for the first time. Stuart has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong focus on Australia.
