Victoria Tan joined CBRE’s Office Services team in 2016 and is a key member in the Advisory and Transactions team.

Through her career, Victoria has worked with a wide range of industry groups to provide strategic planning, advisory and execution of lease acquisitions, restructuring, renewals and disposals. Her analytical skills and experience has empowered occupiers to anticipate opportunities and execute a successful real estate strategy that translates to significant cost savings. Victoria is also part of the Agile Real Estate team with a track record of enterprise deals to engineer flexibility within her occupier’s portfolio.

For Landlord Representation, Victoria played an integral role in CBRE’s sole agency of CapitaSpring, the newest development in Raffles Place. Through a tailored, comprehensive marketing and leasing strategy, the building recorded an impressive pre-commitment prior to completion.
