Singapore, 5 September 2023 – CBRE has been appointed as the exclusive marketing agent for the sale of a prime logistics site featuring a two-storey warehouse facility located at 301 Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim.

Priced at approximately S$50 million, the sale will be conducted via a private treaty.
